Pilates and Yoga Sequences
Summer is finally here and courses are over – while we are back in September, a few of you have requested some simple pilates and yoga sequences you can do to keep going.
Your wish is my command!
And for my pregnant ladies:
Repeat each sequence one to three times depending on how you are feeling, then top up with your exercises from the class and you are done.
